Help for every step of the way
There are more resources and help beyond therapy. If you are in need of assistance in areas besides talking to a clinician, please contact the appropriate authority or hospital for help.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENTS
Engagement for mental health in our community focuses on building trust and respect while honoring cultural values like family (aiga), faith, and fa’a Samoa. It involves working with churches, leaders, and families to share information in a culturally meaningful way.
The goal is to reduce stigma, encourage open conversations, and make services feel safe and welcoming. By using familiar language, community spaces, and culturally aware support, people are more likely to seek help and feel supported.
